【Impressions】
I visited on a Saturday in June, right in the middle of the rainy season.
I worked out at the gym in the morning, had a yakiniku lunch, and then headed there by bicycle.
I arrived at 13:55, 5 minutes before opening.

I put my shoes in the shoe locker and took the key to the reception.

There were already a few people in line at the reception.
I wondered if they had opened a bit early. When I entered the men's bath, there were already over 20 customers...
I was impressed by how early everyone was and surprised by the cleanliness of the changing room.
After changing, I entered the bath area and was again surprised by its depth.
There were over 20 washing stations, and several types of baths, making it a well-equipped public bath.
After observing the bath area and washing myself, I headed to the sauna room.
The sauna room had three tiers and could probably fit around 20 people.
It had only been about 5 minutes since opening, but I think there were already over 10 people inside.
The sauna room was notably clean, and the lighting was dim enough that you couldn't really see the gazes of those around you.
The first time I entered, the temperature was around 95°C, which was quite hot.
With only a 12-minute clock and a thermometer in the room, and jazz music playing, I could focus on the sauna experience.
Maybe because I had sweated at the gym earlier, I couldn't stand it for more than about 6 minutes and had to leave.
The cold bath is right next to the sauna room, so you can enter it immediately after rinsing off your sweat.
The water depth is just enough to stand with your face barely above the water.
The water temperature was 16.7°C, which felt good.
It's not very spacious, so only about 5 people can enter at a time, but the cold bath was never too crowded.
After the cold bath, I went to the relaxation chairs.

There's no outdoor relaxation area, but there are four relaxation chairs in the changing room and two in the bath area.
Additionally, there's a tatami relaxation space in the bath area.
I rested on a chair in the changing room for about 10 minutes after my first set.
After resting, I bought ion water from a vending machine. I realized after entering that there was no drinking water available.
For the second set, I spent about 8 minutes in the sauna, then went to the relaxation chair in the bath area.
For the third set, I again spent about 8 minutes in the sauna, then relaxed on the tatami space.
After the sauna, I wiped down, dried my hair with a 20-yen dryer, and left.
The facility was renovated in August 2021 and was overall very clean.
However, I think the fact that it was a holiday affected the crowd level, which was a concern.
During my second and third sets, there were people waiting in line for the sauna, and sometimes there were no available relaxation chairs.
Around 15:30 when I left, there were over 10 people waiting due to an entrance restriction.
Still, considering the quality of the facility and the price of 1000 yen, it's a great value in Tokyo. Even with the crowds, I would want to visit this sauna again.
