【Impressions】
I had plans in Miyamae-daira and visited "Miyamae-daira Hot Spring Yukemuri no Shou" on my way back.
Walking there drenched in sweat, I was greeted by a beautiful entrance.

I stored my shoes in the shoe locker and received a wristband at the reception. If you want to use the rock bath, you need to inform them in advance.
I walked down the spacious corridor to the changing room.

After changing in the locker room, I headed straight to the bathhouse.
After washing my body, I explored the bathhouse and outdoor area, especially noting the spaciousness of the outdoor area.
Unable to contain my excitement, I headed to the sauna room.
The sauna room was spacious enough for about 20 people, but it was almost full.
I squeezed in and noticed a TV, but it was turned off, making the room quiet.
The thermometer showed around 100°C, and there was a 12-minute clock visible from any angle.
Perhaps because I had walked there in the scorching heat, I reached my limit quickly and left after 8 minutes.
Next to the sauna room was a cold bath, where I rinsed off with cold water before entering.
The cold bath was deep enough to submerge up to the neck, spacious enough for six people, and was refreshingly cold.
After about a minute, I exited the cold bath and headed to the outdoor area.
The outdoor area had four baths, and more than ten chairs.
However, perhaps due to the recent sauna boom, all the chairs were occupied...
With no other choice, I sat on the edge of the open-air bath and enjoyed the fresh air.
There were fans constantly running as a measure against the heat, and mist was also being sprayed from above.
After about a 10-minute break and rehydration, I went for my second set.
Again, I did 8 minutes → 1 minute, but when I came to the outdoor area, all the chairs were still occupied...
I tried to relax in the lying bath instead.
After another 10-minute break and rehydration, I did another 8 minutes → 1 minute, and this time I found an empty chair for my third outdoor break.
I was so tired that I fell asleep and realized 20 minutes had passed.
Finally, I rinsed off and left the bathhouse.
After changing, I dried my hair and headed to the relaxation area.

There were dozens of reclining chairs with TVs for both men and women, and a few chairs exclusively for women, but almost all were occupied.
There were also the latest manga and magazines, making it a great place not just for relaxation but also for entertainment.
I read a manga while cooling down.
The facility had a store selling sauna goods, ice, drinks, and there was also a dining area, making it a place where you could enjoy the whole day.

After paying at the exit, I retrieved my shoes and headed home.
Overall, it was a clean, spacious, and comfortable space.
The pricing is unbelievably affordable for Tokyo, and there's no time limit, making it an excellent value for money.
However, due to the recent sauna boom, the crowdedness of the men's sauna room and the outdoor chairs was a bit disappointing.
I'd like to visit on a weekday next time.
