【Impressions】
Enjoying a weekday sauna session after work.
To soothe my tired body after consecutive scorching days, I headed to the sauna in Kagurazaka.
Having just opened in early July 2024, it is in a pre-opening phase until August.
The building, a renovated former traditional restaurant, has an exterior that exudes luxury.

Upon entering, you take off your shoes.
Hand over your shoes to the staff and choose your course.
On this day, I chose the 90-minute course.
After changing clothes on the second floor, I entered the bath area.
Being a new facility, it left a very clean impression.
There was also a pleasant scent of cypress, making it very comfortable.
The sauna room was just perfect.
The staff frequently performed löyly, keeping it consistently hot and humid.
The löyly had a roasted tea scent, creating a relaxing Japanese atmosphere.
The mats on the floor were fluffy and very comfortable.

The cold bath was around 15 degrees Celsius.
It can accommodate about three people, so you can enjoy it leisurely if it's not crowded.
There are several spaces for resting, but only two spots for outdoor air baths.
A water dispenser is available in the bath area, so you can stay hydrated.
On this day, I completed four sets in 90 minutes and finished.
Since it’s still a new facility, it wasn’t crowded, allowing for a quiet and enjoyable sauna experience.
Kagurazaka has many restaurants and bars, making it perfect for a casual drink after your sauna session.
