On a Wednesday right in the middle of Obon and summer vacation, I headed to a sauna in Uguisudani.
It’s just a few minutes’ walk from the station.
After going up to the 2nd floor, I stored my shoes in a locker, paid the fee, and went up to the 3rd floor.
After changing, I headed to the bath area.
I washed my body and entered the sauna room.

Since it was summer vacation season, the sauna room was constantly filled with people.
The temperature was around 93°C, with three tiers of seating.
On this day, the Koshien baseball games were being broadcast, so I could enjoy the sauna while watching.
After about 10 minutes, I stepped out and headed to the cold bath.

The water was well-chilled and the bath itself was spacious.
In the open-air area, there were plenty of chairs and benches for relaxation.

That day, I finished after three sets.

This facility also has several types of baths, so it seems enjoyable even without entering the sauna.
After leaving the bath area, I had a lemonade and took a break in the dining area on the 2nd floor.
After enjoying the sauna, I headed to a festival in Koto City.
