This is a report on Sauna Lab Kanda, which opened on April 26, 2021.
Sauna Lab is the third location, following Nagoya and Fukuoka.
I made a reservation about a week in advance and visited just before noon on a Friday using a day off.
I arrived about 10 minutes early, checked in, and waited inside for the opening.
While looking around the store and checking out various merchandise like hats and T-shirts, they opened right on time.
Before entering the changing room, the staff told me, "Since you're the only reservation for this time slot, please enjoy the sauna privately."
The changing room was spacious, and the facilities were very clean.
After changing, I washed my body in the shower and first went to the "Forest Sauna."
The room could accommodate about 10 people, and self-löyly (throwing water on the sauna stones) was possible.
After about 10 minutes, I went out and entered the "Ice Sauna."
Sitting on a chair at minus 25 degrees Celsius for about a minute to cool down.
It was so cold that my hair started to freeze.
After leaving the ice sauna, I sat in a spacious chair to relax.
Next, I went to the "OKE Sauna."
Self-löyly was also possible here.
After about 10 minutes, I went out, entered the ice sauna again, and then relaxed in the chair.
Finally, I went to the "KaraFuro."
The Japanese-style room with tatami mats only had space for one person. (But then again, I was the only customer.)
After another 10 minutes, I went out, entered the ice sauna, and then relaxed in the chair.
After rinsing off in the shower, I dried my hair at the washstand and finished.
I believe they had a good variety of amenities for men.

Overall, it was a clean facility with spacious areas. Being reservation-based, it's possible to avoid crowds, making it a wonderful sauna facility.
If I had to make one wish, personally, I would have loved to have a cold bath.
